Console, metrics and traffic
When SSH is down, and what the graphs actually mean.
Console
The console is a browser session to the machine, used when SSH is firewalled, sshd is down, or you locked yourself out. It appears only when that control is enabled for the server. It is not a replacement for SSH for daily work.
Metrics
CPU, RAM, disk and network charts show only when data is available for that server. Empty charts are not a billing error. Use them to decide on a resize, not as a full APM.
Traffic
Traffic totals, when shown, are what the platform measured for that server. They are not a CDN analytics suite. Unexpected spikes: check for a public backup file, an open recursive resolver, or a compromised vhost.
