2.What personal data we process

Contact details: name, email address, phone number — provided via forms or direct contact.

Business details: company name, job title, location — optionally provided with quote or account requests.

Communications: content of emails, tickets or other correspondence.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and session duration — collected via cookies and analytics.

Client portal data: login details, project and server status, invoice information and documents exchanged through the dashboard.

Quotes and billing: estimates, invoices and payment processing.

6.Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We share data only with trusted processors necessary for our services, under appropriate agreements: hosting and infrastructure (EU / UK), analytics (with appropriate safeguards for transfers outside the EEA), email delivery (EU), accounting and invoicing (EU), and payment processing (EU / UK).
