Model
You keep the customer record and retail price. Steady provisions domains, hosting and VPS onto your reseller account. Tag resources with your customer reference so invoices and support line up.
Domains and servers
Domain search, registration and (where allowed) transfer use the same path as the main storefront. VPS orders wait for staff to place the provider order after payment maps to a Steady order. Dedicated and managed VPS still follow their own delivery rules.
Cancellations
When your customer leaves, cancel through the API or portal so Steady billing stops at period end. Leaving a VPS running after your customer has gone still incurs the wholesale cost.
