Provisioning is taking a long time
VPS is usually minutes. Dedicated is not. What to check.
VPS
Stay on the provisioning screen until status is ready. If it sits on “creating” far longer than usual, check the status page, then open a ticket with the order id. Do not pay twice.
Dedicated
Delivery is to order. The estimate shown before you committed is the figure to judge against. The server appears in the portal when it is attached, not at payment time.
Managed VPS
There is no self-serve spinner. We confirm by support and then the server shows up in the account. If you used checkout, you ordered self-service, not managed.
