This policy protects other customers and the network. Breach can lead to suspension without refund for the affected period. These rules apply to services provided by Label 111 Ltd under the Steady Hosting name.

Steady Hosting is a trading name of Label 111 Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number 16456185. Registered office: 182-184 High Street North, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. These terms apply to every Steady storefront, including steadyhosting.be.

1.Allowed use

Lawful business and personal hosting, development, email you are authorised to send, and storage of data you have the right to hold.

2.Prohibited use

Unlawful content, unsolicited bulk email, attacking other systems, cryptocurrency mining that degrades neighbours, and anything that attempts to hide your identity from a lawful request.

3.Resource use

Do not run workloads that starve other customers on shared platforms. We will ask you to move to a dedicated plan if needed.

4.Enforcement

We may suspend immediately where there is a credible threat to the network or a legal demand. We will explain why as soon as we reasonably can.
