Domain statuses
Active, pending, expired — what each state means in the portal.
Registration and transfer
Pending registration means payment or the registry is still processing. Pending transfer means the auth code was accepted and the losing side or registry has not finished. Active means the name is yours to manage in Steady.
Expired and redemption
Expired means auto-renew failed or was off past the expiry date. Some extensions enter a redemption period where restore costs more and takes longer. Do not wait for expiry to decide to keep a name.
Notices
A notice is a specific problem or required action (verification, failed transfer, restore). Open it and follow the listed actions; status alone will not explain the next step.
