Service level agreement

This SLA covers network availability for VPS and dedicated servers provided by Label 111 Ltd under the Steady Hosting name. Website subscriptions follow the product page scope.
Steady Hosting is a trading name of Label 111 Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number 16456185. Registered office: 182-184 High Street North, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. These terms apply to every Steady storefront, including steadyhosting.be.
1.Target
We target 99.99% network availability in a calendar month, excluding planned maintenance announced at least 24 hours ahead.
2.Credits
If we miss the target, you may request a service credit limited to the fees of the affected service for that month. Credits are not cash refunds.
3.Exclusions
Failures caused by your software, your DNS, third-party networks, or force majeure are excluded.
