VAT on invoices
Prices exclude VAT. The invoice shows the rate that actually applied.
Storefront
Catalogue prices exclude VAT. At checkout you see net, VAT and gross. On the UK site, UK VAT at 20% is added where it applies. On the Belgian site, amounts are in euro; the quote always shows the rate used (including 0% where the UK export rule applies to a VAT-registered Belgian customer).
Invoices
Each invoice lists line items, VAT and total, plus our registration details. Open Billing in the portal to download PDFs.
